Up and at 'em and let's get to another glorious week kicked off by the one and only Fit and Healthy With Becky!  It's been a great way for Becky to continue her passion for fitness for all and to help stem the tide of all the shutdown's and restrictions and the difficulties they have caused for so many.  While all the numbers are down and the restrictions lift, things are slowly creeping back to normal.  The Gym in North Muskegon is once again open, as are other work out facilities, but...we were into home workout programs before they were even cool.  So, here we are to get this week started again!

Becky got out a stability ball this time and it's a fun way to try some new moves.  What's a stability ball?  Well, it's one of those giant oversized balls that you see places that are reminiscent of the "ball hoppers" we all loved as kids.  If only they would put handles on these like they did back when Wham-O made them right?  All kidding aside.  The stability ball is a pretty helpful tool when it comes to strength, balance, additional challenge to typical exercises and a fun way to break up the monotony of trying to stay in shape!  Workouts are worth it, but admitting adding some flair and challenges is a great way to accentuate what you know needs to get done.

Like any other workout, please consult a physician before you begin.  Remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water.  Fit and Healthy With Becky Episode 179 Stability Ball is brought to you by Mercy Health.

Boom! That's the feeling of accomplishment.  Want to feel it again?  Hit repeat on the show!  Come back later today and do it again!  Get yourself the Muskegon Channel for Roku or Amazon Fire TV devices and watch on your big screen!  Becky is here for you every week and if you're ready to re-engage in a little one on one training or in small groups, she's back at that too!  Becky is so much more than just a Certified Personal Trainer too!  She brings so much to her work from understanding nutrition, what motivates people and on top of it all....just joy to be around!  If you'd like to know more about what Becky offers, click on the photo below to visit her website and make contact!  You'll be glad you did.
