Were you surprised last Monday when Becky didn't pop up at 6a to get your week going?  It was Spring Break and you've put a lot in, so, in her infinite wisdom she granted a week off!  See?  She's not all work and no play.  But we're back to it and ready to roll now that the break is over and she's trying a little different approach.

You're used to the Tabata format.  Well, this week, it's just that but with a little slower pace, fewer exercises but a little more intent in movement.  You'll only need you to make this weeks work happen, meaning body weight and a space to work.  You should also always consult a physician before you begin this or any workout program, warm up, stretch out and of course drink plenty of water!

It's Fit and Healthy WIth Becky Episode 185, brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Becky's work as a Certified Personal Trainer goes well beyond our weekly show here.  She hosts both one on on sessions as well as group workouts at The Gym on the 4 Corners in North Muskegon.  She can also help you with what you're putting in to your body to help you get the most out of it and fuel it properly with the best diet customized for you.

As for The Gym, if you are looking for a place that's got everything you need and more, minus the feeling of one of those large chains where it's more of a show than a place to be comfortable and get a work out in, you need to stop in and see them.  It's a community feeling with a complete host of equipment for any discipline you'd like to practice run by great local people who do all they can to give back to Muskegon.  We're proud to have The Gym as our host facility to being you Fit and Healthy With Becky every week.
