Welcome to a relaxing Sunday Morning with Caitlin Anderson and Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel. It's a weekly feature that's an awesome break from the hectic pace and daily grind and this ancient art has not made it this far because it's not beneficial to millions world wide. If you're new to it, totally cool....you're in the privacy of your own home, you have nothing to worry about. If you've been at it for a while, here's a great chance to participate and above all, if you like what you see...share away!
Everything in today's episode is done from a position of being on your hands, knees or a combination of them both. A mat is recommended and if you're not one for a lot of extra weight on your knees or wrists, Caitlin even recommends folding the mat over to double up on the padding. Hey, you're here to feel good not walk away with sore wrists and knees right?
Caitlin is bringing you a sample of her practice. If you dig it, keep coming back. If you dig it but would prefer it on a bigger screen, we got that for ya too! Tranquil Waves Yoga is available on the Muskegon Channel for Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices. Look in your channel store for a free download and you can enjoy the programming we've got on your regular TV just like any of the "big guys". It's a feature we're pretty proud of and we're really glad to be able to offer it.
