Monday!  After a busy weekend in Muskegon and all of us finding a little something to do, it's back to the grind and back to the regular stuff.  We had the Lakeshore Art Fair, The Mercy Health Seaway Run, The Fit and Healthy With Becky cruise on the Aquastar and so much more going on in town.  Busy is an understatement.  But, it circles back to staying in the best shape you can so when all of this "busy weekend" shenanigan's gets under way, you've got the chops to handle it!  Becky is here to see to it you do.

This week, at The Gym in North Muskegon, Becky gets the Bosu Ball out.  It's half a ball and half flat.  It's got a variety of uses and it adds to stability and a hint of guess work to your body with the dual shape of the device.  The bubble half is like you'd expect, a ball, then flip it over and the solid side is a great balance for pushup's with a little twist as you'll see.  It's not a necessary piece of equipment but if you do have one, jump on in and let's go!

Remember, it's important to make sure you are ok for this, or any other workout program with your Dr. first.  Warm up, stretch out and drink a lot of water, it's time for Episode 194 of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Not too shabby! Congrats!!  No matter if you finished first in the Mercy Health Seaway run or you spent the weekend at the Lakeshore Art Festival eating Gyro's and Elephant Ears, Becky is here to keep you going week in and week out!  She's also got room for new one on one clients or maybe some group activity at The Gym in North Muskegon if you are inclined.  You can find out more from Becky by visiting her website linked below!
