We're back on another glorious Sunday morning with another rewind episode of Tranquil Waves Yoga with Caitlin Anderson on the Muskegon Channel. She and the baby are doing great and Caitlin think the Dr. will be giving her the green light pretty soon to resume some light duty things so with the overall thought of health and wellness for all, we'll just keep showing you some earlier episodes until she's ready. After all, this is a show about being your best, and adding to your over all good feels. No point in rushing the Zen Master.
We're going back to the lesson on Vinyasa. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“. Caitlin Anderson of Tranquil Waves Yoga in Muskegon is here to help you learn a little more. This was one of our earliest episodes, so if you missed it when Caitlin first came on, here's a first look, if it's a refresher for you, can't hurt to try again!
One thing is for sure. New or rewind, every week Caitlin climbs a little higher with viewers and a little further with her audience growth and she and all of us here at the Muskegon Channel are super thankful you are tuned in!
Nice huh? It's a practice that's been proven for centuries and Caitlin is not only growing in her presence here, she's continually working to develop her abilities as a yoga master to expand what she can offer you. It might have been a bit of a wild time to get a yoga business going during a pandemic, but with Caitlin's drive and our partnership to give her an audience that might not have even known they could use a little yoga in their life....good things happen! If you'd like to know more about Caitlin's work, maybe learn about one on one coaching through digital connections or if you'd like to stay tuned for developments when Caitlin gets her own studio....you can find the link under her logo below!
