We're at The Gym in North Muskegon which is our flagship facility because of it's amazing set up that has more than everything you could need or want when it comes to working out, minus the hype and constant busyness of some of the big chains and of course, the pressure they use to get you to buy, upgrade, bring in friends and all that. It's more of a place with a neighborhood feel with an adult approach to working out and staying in shape. We love it here and so will you!
Becky is noted for finding different ways to keep both individuals and groups engaged and interactive with her workouts. There's a variety of equipment featured regularly but this week, she's taking the simple approach on things and all you'll need is a willingness to give it a shot and a floor under you. It's always a well rounded workout every week and Becky strives to make sure that no matter if you have all the accoutrements that go along with the programs or not, you can usually find a way to play along with what you've got on hand or nothing at all. Her goal? Happier and healthier people who will equal a happier and healthier community.
