Up and at 'em it Monday after a big week of partying in Muskegon and Becky is bound and determined to get you sweating it out to get ya back on track after all the beer and meat on a stick you consumed over the course of the weekend! All of that whoopin' it up is great, but in order to play hard, you gotta work hard and that's what brings to your living room week in and week out here on the Muskegon Channel.
This week, there are not a lot of requirements as far as equipment goes. If you have a set of aerobic steps, great if not you stair case will do or anything else that will not slip when you put a little weight on it! If you have a mat handy, that's good too, but again not a deal breaker on this particular go around with Becky.
Remember, drink a LOT of water. This week is going to be hot and dry and when you are adding in the extra exertion with a workout, hydration is essential. Consult a Dr. before you begin this or any work out and make sure you warm up and stretch out before you begin!
