Caitln is in the stage of really getting back to it.  Following her on Facebook, she's beginning to set up meetings with people over digital media to begin some one on one sessions with in the next few weeks.  It's a long road back from a baby when you're talking about twisting, squatting, bending and doing all the things yoga masters do.  So incredibly worth it, but yes, it takes a minute to heal.  We're all about the health and well being of all of our people here, especially the ones who work on health and well being for the greater community, so we're rewinding another episode of Tranquil Waves Yoga!

Caitlin Anderson gave us this episode about seated stretches for your lower back and legs back a while ago.  It's a great way to catch the episode for the first time if you missed it when it aired, or, it's also a great way to try it again if you have become one of her weekly followers.  Her audience continues to grow no matter if it's a rewind or a new one, so we're on the right path bringing people some much needed peace of mind for themselves and hopefully getting that body to do a few things that they didn't know it could do before.

1000's of years and millions of people world wide can't be wrong, so what do you have to lose by giving it a shot?  We rewind to episode 15 of Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel.

Pandemics, baby's, life in general....they have all been overcome by Caitlin and her desire to share her practice with our community. This is what happens when passion meets up with drive and the desire to bring the joy and gratification that you find in sharing an art like yoga to your community.  Caitlin even found the quickest way to the largest audience possible through all of!  We're proud to have such drive on our team and we're happy to help grow her career!  If you'd like to know more about Tranquil Waves Yoga, you can connect one on one with Caitlin through her website below.
