It's a Monday and a great opportunity to get going and renew!  It's also going to take a dramatic turn toward Fall this week and it's a good time too to start thinking about how to move your work out into the house as cooler weather begins to creep in.  We're not throwing in the towel just yet on a long and warm Fall, just trying to help you wrap your mind around the idea.

We're at The Gym in North Muskegon for this weeks routine which involves some light weight dumbbells.  Up to 15 pounds is the suggestion from Becky, and if you don't have them, it's not a worry.  They are just a little added resistance to what you're going to be doing.  You might tend to think it's going to be all about arms, but she's going to be finding ways to incorporate the entire body, not to worry.

As always, we recommend that you make sure you are ready for this, or any other work out program with your Dr. first.  Always drink plenty of water and remember to warm up and stretch out first.  It's Episode 203 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Great job. You may have noticed this go around, Becky has picked up the pace a little. Times are a little shorter indeed, but the essential part is you doing the routine a couple times through.  Come back later today, rewind it now or use your memory.  It's all about a more Fit and Healthy YOU!  If you'd like more, Becky offers both one on one and group settings for her work.
