Welcome to your Sunday moment of Zen with Caitlin Anderson with Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel!  It's our weekly feature to help you find a little calm, give your body some new experiences by way of an ancient art and maybe even add to the overall quality of your being you by adopting some of what you learn here and using it more often.

This week, Caitlin is adding in a chair.  Why a chair?  Well, a couch isn't exactly suited for this kind of thing.  A chair however offers a world of possibility especially for those who may face balance issues, are just beginning or maybe are a little more advanced in years and just can't make some of the moves happen that are seen here.  Generally in any kind of physical activity, adaptability is part of the regimen to help anyone who's looking to participate.  This week Caitlin is going to show you how it's done in yoga!

Keep in mid, this is just the tip of all Caitlin offers.  Her growing work is coming along and while it's an add on to her job in physical therapy and her life as a wife and mom, she's building toward a future dedicated to the health and well being of all through her devotion to the practice.  You'll be able to learn more about what she offers and where, physically or through a digital link up for instruction below, but for now, let's do some yoga on a chair, on the Muskegon Channel.

Great job! See yoga is for everyone!! Don't be afraid of trying something new.  Jump in both feet and get involved!  It's a joy to bring you Caitlin's work and it's a joy too to help Caitlin reach a broader audience.  Let's be honest, we're still all in need of some quiet time and if we can help you nestle in on some, we're here for ya.  Learn more about Tranquil Waves Yoga below and we'll see you next week.
