We welcome you to a new week and the incredible fall season that's upon us!  Becky is here to get you moving with Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health as she is always!  Her desire to help lead the way to a happier and healthier Muskegon, or anywhere for that matter continues even with some exciting personal news on Becky's front!  Becky is a pretty incredible person with diverse talents and skills.  Recently, she had a conversation with a friend and they helped her with an idea that had been brewing a while but, a little nudge was needed to convince her.  Well, along came the nudge and Becky got to cracking the books and is now a licensed real estate agent with Nexes Realty in Muskegon!  We are super excited for her and know that her dedication to clients in the real estate world will be equal to her commitment to those she helps with physical fitness and the balance between the two lines of work couldn't be better!  GO BECKY!

Back to the business at hand.  This week, Becky is breaking out the equalizer bars to help.  No equalizer bars at home?  Well, use a folding chair or another short sturdy object.  You can adapt what you'll see as well to work without anything too.  The important part is that you jump in both feet and do it!  It's meant for beginners to experts and the way to get the most out of it is repetition.  We've done a series that is a little shorter on actual time for the past few weeks but the key is to do them all a couple of times.

As always, warm up, stretch out and remember to drink plenty of water.  Always consult your Dr. before beginning this or any other work out program and let's get to it!  It's Fit and Healthy With Becky Episode 204 brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.

That's how you start Monday! Hey! It's a chance to get the blood pumpin', a little adrenaline flowing and an attitude adjustment any time!  Becky is motivation personified and you can always contact her for group or one on on times she's available.  With the budding real estate career there might be a little shuffling going on, but, if there's a will there's a way.  Our anchor facility is The Gym in North Muskegon on the 4 Corners.  Our many thanks to owner Mary Switzer for the use of the place and her warm and inviting space!  You should stop in and check it out if you are in the market for a facility to call home.
