It's the beginning of a new month, new week and a new you!  (Cliché enough?)  Hey, welcome to a new Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.  Every week Becky whips up a new routine for you to get a little more out of what you've got and it's a super easy way to do it.  Our many thanks to Mercy Health for being behind the workouts and to Becky too who strives to keep them interesting, evolving and focused to keep you engaged.

This week, nothing needed except the body weight you've got.  You'll be squatting, splitting and scissoring and while there might not be any added resistance that you see on camera, if you have a band or a dumbbell that you'd like to add for a little boost, go for it.  We tape out shows at The Gym in North Muskegon on the 4 Corners and if what you see here inspires you to go after a little more, The Gym is an awesome place to check out.  It's an all encompassing spot with everything you need minus the hype of the big national chains.

As always it's best to check with a Dr. before beginning this or any other workout program.  Warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water.  Let's roll!  It's episode 205 of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health, on the Muskegon Channel.

Tremendous!  Way to go and as you heard in the video, come back again later today and do it again!  Three times through is the key for these condensed workout programs and we keep the film time short to help you manage your time!  We're all busy, but staying in good shape is a great way to help manage that busyness and we're thankful you tuned in.  If you caught last week's show, we announced Becky and her new endeavor at Nexus Realty!  She may still have some time to take on a client or two in the fitness world!  Make sure you visit her site below if you are looking for a personal trainer that can help you achieve your health goals!
