You are alive, alert, awake and enthusiastic.  We'll settle for two of this is not all and we'll work to get you what's missing in this weeks episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel!  By the way, the alive alert awake thing, that came from camp way back when if it jingles a memory or two.  No extra charge this week for a stroll down memory lane.

 

We utilizing only your body weight and a mat this week, no mat, no problem.  The floor works just as as good provided it's not littered with Lego's.  We all know the agony those cause.  Arms, legs and core are the focus with a nice side of balance and control.  Becky being a Certified Personal Trainer giver her the background to find a way to help make you a little healthier with just about anything you can find around the house, or with nothing at all.  Your stake in the game is participation and commitment.  Making sure you do what you see on screen three times daily is the goal.
