Welcome to your Sunday morning!  Caitlin Anderson has your moment of Zen with another episode of Tranquil Waves Yoga!  It's a relaxing few minutes of self care and a great way to try out a practice that's been part of life for millions of people over centuries.  Breathing, balance, muscle control and mindfulness all come in to focus and you and repeat as needed all week long!


This week, it's the Warrior II pose.  Warrior II pose strengthens the shoulders, arms, feet, ankles and legs, and stretches the ankles, legs, groins, chest and shoulders. Practicing Warrior II can help to aid digestion by stimulating the abdominal organs, and can relieve backaches. Warrior II also improves stamina, endurance, balance and concentration.
