This is a good week to expose yourself to a little Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel! Caitlin Anderson offers a weekly visit with you here to show you her craft, the ancient art of yoga to promote your over all well being. It's for the body, mind and spirit. She's a young mom, she's a physical therapist, she's passionate about sharing her knowledge.
Today, it's a big one. Gratitude Practice. The practice of gratitude and infusing a yoga or meditation class with reminders can create long lasting effects both in the physical and mental bodies. Instructors have an opportunity to connect their students with a deeper sense of wellness and gratitude is something simple and tangible to grasp.
This is your time. It's when you can let your mind and body relax and when you can absorb all the good vibes while being mindful of what you have. Here comes Caitlin with Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel.
Nice huh? Here's a secret though. Yoga is awesome and all, and yes, this is an amazing way to help remind you that thankfulness and gratuity should be a part of your every day life, but there's something a little deeper too. Remembering to be thankful doesn't require yoga. It requires a place in your heart to remember what you have, instead of what you don't. It's a place that says that cheering on someone else for what they can accomplish or for being who they are is perfectly ok. Let your attitude be one of gratitude. It will be a complete relief in every way. To learn more about Caitlin and Tranquil Waves Yoga, click below.
