Here we go!  Welcome to a new week, and who better to greet you than THE one and only Becky Biesada with a brand new episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel?  It's a chance to get the blood pumpin' a little, your mind motivated and the fog lifted on a fresh start.


This week, Becky is breaking out the BOSU ball.  What's a BOSU ball?  Well, it's a ball on one side, flat surface on the other and she's going to show you some ways to put it to work for you both on the floor and in your hands!  That's kinda the way it works.  Fitness is very much an individual experience to some.  What might be an enjoyable an fun workout to one, could be a complete drag and misery filled few minutes to another.  So, being the Certified Personal Trainer she is, Becky mixes it up and keeps it interesting for everyone!
