It's a great day to get up and get a little time for yourself today and with Caitlin Andreson and Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel, you can enjoy her passion for the ancient art and set the tone for the day or the week.  We've are in a few weeks of some viewer requested practice involving a chair which makes yoga accesable to anyone. 

Today, it's the Tree Pose with the aid of a chair.  Tree pose can help stretch and strengthen the ligaments and tendons in your feet. Improves balance. Tree pose requires proper weight distribution and posture, which can help provide stability to your groin, thighs, hips, and pelvis. Strengthens your core.  The chair will help make the weight distribution and posture much easier for those who struggle with balance or are just beginning.
