Up and at 'em!  Happy Monday from all of us at the Muskegon Channel and as we like to do every week, we're going to start it off with giving you a strong dose of zip, followed by some vim and vigor and if nothing else, a way to shake the cob webs off and get this week started off on the right foot with Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Mercy Health!

Becky is a Certified Personal Trainer and recently became a licensed Realtor as well.  She's a highly driven and very motivated person who's primary goal is to help others succeed in what they dream of.  Pretty powerful combination huh?  This week, Becky is bringing some heavier dumbbells to the party.  You might think it's all about the arms, but if you've been part of Becky's program long enough, you know she's going to stretch it out across all the 2000 parts that you need to make that body work!

So, warm up, stretch out and make sure you've got your water.  Always consult a Dr. before you begin this or any other workout program and let's hop to it!  It's Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.

.....And you're off!  Repetition is key!  Let's remind you that what you see here is meant to be done three times through and coming back later today, tomorrow and on and on...it's highly recommended.  Becky is also still offering her one on one and group experiences for work outs and you are always invited to learn more by visiting her website.  Our anchor facility is The Gym in North Muskegon on the 4 Corners and after a little confusion and some wrangling with Facebook, we found that their official page had become inactive and has since been fixed.  If you'd like to know more about The Gym and their incredible offerings minus the hype other places offer, make sure to follow their official Facebook page!
