It's another Sunday and it's another chance for you to explore some of the ancient art of yoga, in a chair by popular demand, with Caitlin Anderson with Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel.  Yes indeed, this is your Sunday morning moment of Zen!

Chair yoga was requested a few weeks ago from some of Caitlin's avid viewers, which by the way, continue to grow week in and week out.  Adding a chair in to the routine is a stability enhancer as well as a way to open the practice up to those who may have mobility issues to get the same benefits.  This week, we're focusing on hip stretches.  In addition to improving your quality of life, chair yoga has many benefits such as decreasing stress, blood pressure, anxiety, inflammation and chronic pain. The goal of chair yoga is allowing you to feel strong and confident in your ability to complete everyday tasks without the worry of falling.  Another really cool idea with these?  If you're in a chair, you can do this!  Take a few minutes on your lunch hour, right there in your office chair and dive in!  You won't regret it!

Caitlin is building and growing!  Tranquil Waves Yoga has opportunities for digital and individual experiences and her background in physical therapy will assure you that you're working with an experienced pro who's approach to whole body and mid healing is paramount.

Turn the noise off, turn the chill on and let's reset some things as we head into this weeks episode of Tranquil Waves Yoga on the Muskegon Channel.

Ahhhh. All good? Beauty of this is, you can come back and do it later today, tomorrow and when ever! You can share it with friends, you can watch on your phone, big screen or monitor at your office.  It's a "snack sized" sample according to Caitlin and it's a great way to make major improvements in your life by going back a little and utilizing what's worked for centuries and still works today.  To learn more about Tranquil Waves Yoga, visit Caitlin's website linked below,
