We're back in Becky's home gym this week for Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health.  We're into Episode 214 this week and as we mentioned last week, Becky isn't exactly letting the end of the year go quietly. 

 

She's got the dumbbells out this week again and if you think it's going to be isolated to just your arms so you can have the ultimate "gun show" at the holiday party, guess again!  Becky is going to show you how to make every little muscle in your entire body get a little sumpin' sumpin' out of the effort and in the long run, you'll be thankful.  That's not to say tomorrow, but in the long run....it's a good thing.  Remember, these workouts are kept short for video purposes, but Becky recommends doing them a couple times through for the best effect.

Always make sure your warmed up, and stretched out....have plenty of water on hand and check with your Dr. before you begin this, or any other workout program.  Here comes episode 214 of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Mercy Health on the Muskegon Channel.
