Monday! Hope you're ready for some weight this week as Becky is bringing you this weeks workout focused on some heavier weights and she's again got the assistance of Tina who's been a part of the show for the last few weeks! Tina's participation has been amazing as an example of getting it done and how the trainer/ learner relationship works. The new Neal Fitness Center inside the Boys and Girls Club on Muskegon Lake is a prefect spot to film, get in better shape and you can even find Becky there a couple times a week instructing a spin class!
This week however, it's a little strength training with some advanced weight. If the recommended weight is a little much for you, you can lower what you use, but this is a week when the goal is to push it a little so give it all you've got! No extra weights? Find something around the house! The point is to give it all you have every week no matter where you are on the fitness journey!
