Up and at 'em!! Time to launch headlong into the new week with an energy burst and a bit of adrenaline when you get your blood pumping with Becky this week on Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Mercy Health! We are at our new home for the workouts, the Neal Fitness Center inside the Boys and Girls Club on Muskegon Lake.
We're going to be working the arms and shoulders this week with some lower weight dumbbells so repetition is key with this. Becky's workout's are always designed to be done a couple times through, maybe 3 or 4 times a day if you are driven and if you can't remember the routine, the rewind button is your BFF. Hit play again and let it rip! If you don't happen to have dumbbells on hand, find something around the house that comes close to the weight, if you are not quite ready for that weight yet...just use your arms.
Like this or any other workout program, make sure you consult your Dr. first. Always drink plenty of water and remember too, to warm up and stretch out before you begin!
