Monday!! Let's not beat around the bush! Let's get up on the wheel and get to it! Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Mercy Health. We are at the Neal Fitness Center inside the Boys and Girls Club in Muskegon and with Spring knocking on the door, we're gonna get you moving.
It's a kettle bell this week. It's a ball with a handle on it and it's a great way to add a little resistance to the program. If you don't have one, a dumbbell will do as will anything you can add. Not all of the equipment that's at the Neal Fitness Center is in everyone's house, and Becky designs every workout to help you utilize what's on hand. As with Becky's workout's every week, you get one run through on the video and it's on you to do them a couple more times to complete the set and get the maximum results.
