This week, it's exercise bands. Big long stretchy things that add some resistance to your workout as well as are super easy and affordable to add to your equipment at home to get the most out of your at home work out. Side note. You may find these useful too for water balloon launching although the designation for working out is how they are intended. We are not here to suggest any other uses, especially against unsuspecting neighbors.
