Episode 229 of Fit and Healthy with Becky brought to you by Trinity Health is the order of business this morning!!  Feet on the floor...drop the jellybeans from yesterday and let's get that blood pumping on a Monday! 


Becky is getting out a weighted bar this week to add to the workout.  If you have one, it's not an overly heavy one you need.  The weighted bar is primarily used for toning muscles as well as being used regularly for cardiovascular routines, both of which you're going to get a little of this week.  One thing Becky utilizes the weighted bar for as well is some stability in some of the movements she'll be showing you.  It's a multi-purpose tool in a workout setting and while it's certainly not required to be a part of today's workout, like a set of dumbbells or some of the other smaller things Becky shows you, it might be worth buying yourself one.
