Resistance bands are the order of business this week on Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health.  It's a great way to get your week kicked off with some energy, motivation and a little adrenaline.  We film at the Neal Fitness Center inside the Boys and Girls Club on Muskegon Lake.

Arms and core are the focus this week.  You'll be working on both the front and back of your arms and toward the end Becky will shift to the floor and get a few moves in on your core.  It's not a requirement that you have the band to add the extra resistance, but it's a nice way to get a little more out of your endeavor.  If you don't have a band and would still like to add a little something you can use a small dumbbell when applicable.

With Becky's workout, or any other work out, please consult a Dr. before you begin.  You should remember to drink plenty of water and warm up and stretch out before you begin!  Here comes episode 230 of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Victory! (Kinda) Keep in mind, Becky's workouts are meant to be done 2-3 times through for the best results. You can also come back and do them daily, or more than once a day.  Becky's workouts are also available on the Muskegon Channel for Roku and Amazon Fire TV devices if you have one!  Drop by your channel store and look for the free app.  You can see Becky on there and a whole host of other Muskegon Channel programming.  Becky is also a realtor!  If you are thinking about taking advantage of this hot real estate market, CONTACT BECKY and she'll take great care of ya!
