It's a Monday and as you shot out of bed this morning ready to face the day with vim and vigor fully expecting a new exhilarating episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity found a rewind.  BUT!  It's a good one because adding to your cardio fitness is always a good idea and just because Becky's personal camera crew forgot to book a time to tape with her, that's NO excuse for you to miss out on what you've come to expect from the Muskegon Channel!

 This one, comes on quick and involves a little more than normal. If you have an exercise bike,'re gonna need it. If not, running in place can be an adequate substitute. From there, it's a fast paced episode where multiple disciplines of motion will be employed all focused on your cardio fitness. This is not a week for the the beginner, so please make sure that you are checking with a Dr. before you begin, staying hydrated with plenty of water and warming up and stretching out!
