It was a week of "best of" and a week off for you on Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health, but we're back in business this week at the Neal Fitness Center inside the Boys and Girls Club on Muskegon Lake with an all new Fit and Healthy With Becky!
This week, Becky is busting out a weighted bar and you'll see too that she's got a rack there to help her with the work out. One thing to remember is that while you might not have the equipment on hand that you see in all of Becky's work out video's, the equipment isn't always necessary. You can substitute things you see here. Don't have a big barbell? Ok, how about a broom handle for balance? Don't have a big fancy rack for placing a barbell? Hey, set the barbell down or the broom. We're adaptable and easy, what's important is the work getting done, the repetition of the workouts and your commitment to you!
