It's a great start to any week when Becky is coming at you with a new episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health!  What makes this particular Monday super special?  Well, warmer temps are finally settling in and if you've not taken the pulse of Muskegon lately, the heartbeat is thumping!  The entire community feels electric with energy, freedom and fun!  Stay with all of that by staying in shape!

This week, Becky's got a small kettle bell with her to show you how to squeeze out a little more of your work out.  Don't have a kettle bell?  Don't worry, it's all good.  Any small amount of weight will do or if you are at the beginning of your working out program, you can make the moves minus resistance.  Arms are the first key part of the workout and then you'll be dropping to the floor for some core and ab's work.  Becky strives to keep you engaged with different routines as well as your body guessing as to what's coming next when we're dealing with making muscles work.  Trust us...she's going to find a muscle that you've not been giving the proper workout to sooner or later.

All of this comes with our weekly advice.  Make sure you consult your Dr. before you begin this or any workout program.  Remember to drink plenty of water, warm up and stretch out and get ready to rock some kettle bells!  It's Fit and Healthy With Becky episode 234, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Now look at you! You are sliding into a new week with a little adrenaline pumping, some endorphins streaming through ya and it's got to brighten up the outlook!  Do it for you, do it for those who matter to you so you stick around a while!  As with all of Becky's workout programs, repeat them 3 or 4 times through for the full effect!  Get to it with your bad self and we'll see you next week with another new episode of Fit and Healthy with Becky!
