AWESOME!  An EQ Bar!!  It's one of those new places where you go to listen to music and you can pick your own EQ by using headphones, right?  Um....no, not really.  Happy Monday and welcome to episode 236 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel!

The EQ Bar is a multipurpose tool in the gym that you can get so many different advantages from it's almost a no brainer to have one on hand.  If you don't have one, that's ok.  A sturdy chair would suit you fine too in the house.  You are going to begin with your legs and be-donk-e-donk and work your way into some arms with this incredibly versatile tool.  It's for sure something worth investing in, they are about $50 most places.

Please make sure you drink plenty of water.  Remember to warm up, stretch out and make sure you consult with your Dr. before you begin this or any workout program!  We're heading outside today at the Neal Fitness Center on Muskegon Lake for Fit and Healthy with Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health.

Three, maybe four times through. That's the direction from Becky herself!!  Repetition is key and the weekly changes are a part of making sure that you, and your body stay away from too much of a routine and are stimulated by new challenges and ways to expand your strength and endurance!  Becky does offer personal training and her real estate career is growing too!  She's one of those dedicated people who works to bring out the very best for those she's working with all the time.  If you'd like to explore more ways to stay in shape, or....maybe it's time for you to think about buying or selling a home, Becky is here for ya!  Our very special thanks to Trinity Health for their sponsorship of Fit and Healthy With Becky.
