Up and and at 'em!  Monday morning is here and it's time to get that head start on motivation with Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel!


We are out behind the Neal Fitness Center at the Boys and Girls Club of Muskegon for this weeks episode.  Becky is going to be giving you an abdominal workout today that requires only your body, some willingness to move it and a mat to if you'd like one, but the floor or the ground will do just fine.  You'll be twisting and contorting from stem to stern in this weeks episode.  She starts low and works it all up and down because a strong ab area and core is essential to so much in your overall physical well being.  It helps with your balance and stability as well as your pelvis, lower back and abdomen all staying in sync.

Like any other workout, you should talk to your Dr. before you begin.  You need to make sure you warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water..... here comes episode 238 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.  


That's the way to kick off a Monday!! Now that you've gone through it once, get it going again a couple more times. The recommendation is a minimum of 3 times through and 4 times if you really want to max out the workout offered by Becky! It's a step in the over all you.
