One of the best things we've found about not having a studio outside of most of our houses is that the ability to get out into the area and film to show the rest of the world just how splendid the area really is has been one of our biggest advantages.  Fitness can happen anywhere. It can also happen with little or no commitment from you with a membership to a gym, a bunch or expensive equipment or anything more than the motivation and some direction from Becky on what to do.  This is why Trinity Health brings you this show weekly.

We were given the opportunity to get in to some pretty sacred grounds in Muskegon for the next few weeks for the show.  The Milwaukee Clipper and the view from where she's berthed is where you will find us over the next few weeks with stunning view both inside and out of this historic ship that is a rich piece of maritime lore.  Built before the Titanic, the Milwaukee Clipper is still without a single leak in her hull and at her height, cruised the Great Lakes with 900 passengers and a crew of about 109.  Watch over the next few weeks as you see the sites!

This week, Becky is showing you a workout from the view of Muskegon Lake you'll see when you approach the Clipper.  She's got some lower weight dumbbells that will help you work your arms, back and core.  Like any other workout, please consult your Dr. before you begin and remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water!

It's episode 240 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Not too shabby looking out over that lake huh?  Love where you live, right?  We do and we love to show it off like no one else can.  Becky's commitment to a better quality of life through some simple exercise and Trinity Health behind her to bring it to you.  It's a pretty powerful combo.  Stay tuned for the next few weeks as the tour around the Milwaukee Clipper continues and if you'd care to take a tour of this historic and beautiful piece of our history, you can visit the Milwaukee Clipper online by clicking on their photo below.
