We're back for our second week of Fit and Healthy With Becky on the Muskegon Channel featuring the stunning views from the rooftop patio at The Leonard building in Downtown Muskegon. We're facing almost straight down Western Ave this week with views of both the growing city as well as Muskegon Lake. We're very fortunate to have been given the chance to get a few weeks up top to film, so take advantage of the view and see just how far you can gaze upon all that's incredible about where we live!
The workout! Yes, it's what we're actually here for. Resistance bands and a 5 pound dumbbell are the recommended order of business this week. Becky is going to focus mostly on your arms and upper body this week with maybe some legs and hips in there toward the end. It's an important balance to make sure that you're getting all of your body when you're working out. If Becky goes heavy on arms and torso one week, rest assured, next week....she's coming after something else. She's a Certified Personal Trainer and works on all aspects of health!
