It's another chance to catch up on the world of legalities with Attorney Shon Cook.  Weekly, Shon comes by and offers some insight on a list of topics that might be a little complicated for the average bear...but to Shon's amazing credit, she brings all that verbose legal speak down to where the common folk can easily understand what's going on and if they need the help of an attorney for litigation, mediation or maybe it can just be settled minus the conflict.

Well, this isn't one of those weeks where you get to find out the jargon laced terms in plain English, nope.  This is a week of excitement and celebration because The Law Offices of Shon Cook will be changing names in the beginning of 2023 to Tabano Law.  It's a word of West African origin meaning to work together and strengthen.  This is what Shon and her team work to achieve day in and day out.  To evolve into that as a named law firm and a place where mediation can be more effective and less risky as we have discussed many times.  So, enjoy the excitement of the big reveal at the retirement ceremony and new placement of the old Shon Cook sign....does that make sense?

So, as the old saying goes, the only constant in life is change.  With change comes new opportunity, ideas, approaches and endeavors.  It's going to be an exciting time to be a part of Shon Cook Law, soon to be Tabano Law.  Of course, you can reach them at 231-894-0909.  This email address is being protected from spambots.
