It's a new week and we are deep in the October rust of Michigan. We're in the center of Roosevelt Park's beautiful play ground area and Becky is shifting in to a 4 week session of slower, lower impact workout routines that would be great for older adults, beginners or those who are just not into really getting after it.
Becky is focusing on your legs this week mostly, some cardio and core but remember this is paced for people who might be dealing with mobility issues. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, Becky does modify things some and you can pick it up a little if you're ready. Always drink plenty of water, remember to warm up, stretch out and consult a Dr. before you begin this or any other workout program.
There's a rustle in the leaves, there's a tint in the camera as the sun sits low in the sky, it's a new week and it's time for episode 252 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.
A great start to the week! The recommendation is a repeat of 3x through. It's designed to give you the most impact if you apply this video and what you've learned three times in a row, and do it twice a day if you can. You can also find Fit and Healthy With Becky on The Muskegon Channel for your Roku or Amazon Fire TV device! It's a free download and you can also find great local programming on Channel 96 Muskegon which is also available for Roku and Amazon Fire TV.
