We're back in the center of Roosevelt Park and enjoying the crisp fall air as well as the sun's glare in the southern sky.  Becky is slowing things down a little for a few weeks in the hopes that older adults and beginners get a chance to jump on board and enjoy the fitness routines she provides courtesy of Trinity Health!

This week a couple of light weight dumbbells can be used for your arms, shoulders and midsection.  If you don't have dumbbells, any 3-8 pound weight will do as long as it's small enough to be hand held.  What's most important is that you take the time to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water.  Remember too to ask your Dr. if you are ok to begin this or any other workout program, especially if you are just getting in to it.

If you are one of Becky's regulars, it's a few weeks of easy stuff, and if you've been here a while, you may recall that she tends to come back a little more aggressively, so enjoy it while you can.  Here comes episode 253 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

Three times through.  At about 4 minutes each, the recommendation from Becky is that you rewind and repeat three times.  When that gets easy, do the three times through twice a day and then before you know it, you'll be calling Becky for a meet up on a one on on personal trainer experience!  Our thanks to Trinity Health for their support of Fit and Healthy with Becky on the Muskegon Channel.
