We're working on the entire body with the slower pace and less rapid movement. You'll find plenty of work for your core, arms, legs and back. The key with this workout is to do it. :) Pretty simple and it's also important from time to time that we remember that there are just beginners as much as there are those who are advanced in years a little and they can utilize a great workout and we are in the business of mass communication.
