Remember a week ago when it was sunny and warm? Well, we were outside in Roosevelt Park recording Fit and Healthy With Becky and enjoying the last of the rust on the trees. We also figured that it was time for a few weeks of workouts that were a little less strenuous for older adults or beginners....so, off we went. We'd like to thank Roosevelt Park for the heaping helping of hospitality!
Becky grabbed a light weight medicine ball for today's workout. You'll be using one, or anything in the 5-8 pound range that you can easily handle with 2 hands if you like. If you don't have or choose not to use one, that's perfectly fine too. Arms and core are focused, but don't worry, she's finding a way to get every bit of ya involved too! She's here for the "whole you".
Remember please, drink plenty of water. Warm up, stretch out and make sure your Dr. says it's ok to begin this or any other workout program. It's episode 255 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health, on the Muskegon Channel.
Three times through for the maximum impact, even in a low impact approach. Is that one of those "jumbo shrimp" kind of things? I dunno. Point is, you did it, do it again and then do it again later today and you're going to want to do it so much you'll go crazy for it. (Was that enough of a sell?)
