You got last week off! It was super nice and everything and we hope the rest was well received. This week however, the stability ball is coming out and Becky is back at the temporary home of the Neal Fitness Center inside the Fresh Coast Alliance in Muskegon and we're going to get your blood pumping, some sweat rolling and your week off on the right foot.
The stability ball is coming into play this week and Becky has a fell body workout for you that does focus on the core to a degree as the ball is centered in most of the work. The ball helps you work on balance, and might even add to the strength and tone of some of those teeny tiny muscles here and there that go untouched because you're too busy trying for that perfectly shaped butt or those arms that have veins popping off them in every direction. This is an incredible piece of equipment that kids would see as a giant kick ball, but for grownup's, it offers all kinds of challenges and ways to make you dig a little deeper.
Like any of our fine workouts, make sure you consult a physician first. You need to know if it's ok for you to begin this, or any workout program. You need to also remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water. It's time to hop to it. Fit and Healthy With Becky episode 260 is on!! Brought to you by Trinity Health.
3 times through. Let's keep it going! You know how this goes by now. If this is what you need...great...thanks for coming. If by chance you'd like a deeper dive...Becky is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a great Realtor. She can help keep you in the most tip top of shape as well as find you the perfect home and while you're at it...find one with enough space to build a personal gym. Did you think you'd get that much from stopping by for a workout on a Monday? We're full of surprises like that. Our thanks to Trinity Health for their support of Fit and Healthy With Becky.
