Monday! It's that time and you are more than ready!! It's Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health and this week at the temporary home of the Neal Fitness Center Becky is enlisting the help of the Bose Ball!
Not familiar? The Bosu Ball is half of a stability ball with a solid back that can be used in a multitude of ways. It can be used similar to a stability ball but it can be used as well as a lifting device, a more secure balancing device, both sides of the device can be utilized in a multitude of ways and for about $90 you can get one for yourself. If you don't have one handy, that's perfectly ok. It's an additional supplement and what you see going on here can be done without the ball.
Thought you were getting away from "leg day"? Guess again. Becky has plenty of work for your lower extremities and will be adding in some ways to tone up that core and the arms as well. By default, you'll be getting in some balance, hitting a few of those muscles that may otherwise go unnoticed and since we're moving all about, up and down and back and forth...you'll find a little cardio happening too.
Water. Warm up. Stretch. Consult a Dr. before you begin this or any workout program. The standard lines to accompany any episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky. Why? Well, because we're here to keep you "fit and healthy". Making sure you're ready is where it all begins. Here comes episode 261 brought to you by Trinity Health.
Three times through? Did she say 4 times through in this one? Hey, 2? 3? 4? No matter how many times you go through it, it all adds up to a bigger benefit for you. We keep them short and sweet while we're filming and the idea is that you can rewind, replay, come back later....you get to use as you will. We're thankful you're here week after week and we're glad to know that Becky can continually work to improve what she brings to the show and new ways to keep you moving and...Fit and Healthy.
