Like clockwork, it's time to move.  Fit and Healthy With Becky is your Monday morning motivator to help you get up and get going no matter where you are in the world of a fitness journey.  We condense the episode down to a few short minutes and you run through it three or for times when it's best for you in the privacy of your home at your pace and beginner or expert, you are making the moves!

This week, she's got a medicine ball out and it's a little on the heavy side.  You can pick the weight that works best for you or you can utilize nothing to and just make the moves!  She's going after it all this week too.  Arms, legs, core....you're in for it.  If you are able to use the heavier weight medicine ball, you are probably advanced in your workouts.  Good for you.  We're at the temporary home of the Neal Fitness Center for the workout this week and the vibe is good!

It's important to remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water.  It's important too to consult a physician before you begin this, or any workout program.

Let's roll!  It's episode 262 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

There you go!! Nice job. We'd tell you to grab a donut, but that would kinda defeat the purpose. Think about this though.  A little self care is a gift you just gave yourself.  Valentines Day isn't far off, and what better way to show yourself a little love than making sure that you stay in the best shape you can?  Try this a couple more times through, come back later this afternoon and do it all over again.... tell some friends and DON'T QUIT.
