It was a nice week off but....it's time to get back into it and up on it! Fit and Healthy with Becky is the weekly workout program brought to you by Trinity Health that condenses things down into a short and easy to use format that you can take with you anywhere, so any time and gives you to freedom to pick where you'd like to view from, be it your phone, your computer or if you have a Roku or Amazon Fire TV device, you can participate from your big screen if you have the Muskegon Channel app.
This is usually the case, and would hold true with a little exception this week. Becky is bringing something new to the routine and that "anywhere" factor might be a little touchy depending on your surroundings, because it's going to get a little noisy. The Slam Ball is a weighted medicine ball and the idea of it is to add some resistance to what you're doing in a controlled fashion...and should you be able to take out a little pent up aggression and cabin fever in the process, all the better. The doldrums of winter seem to be setting in so, let's make some noise! It might be best advised to not do this one in the cubicle at work....just to be safe.

If you did do this weeks workout in the vicinity of co-workers, it would be best to let them know it was just a workout. But what fun huh?
