Monday!  Let's do this thing! Becky is kicking off the week with Trinity Health at the temporary home of the Neal Fitness Center in Muskegon with a workout that requires a little resistance.  If you've got a resistance band, break it on out and get ready!

This weeks workout is a little lower impact and it's going to focus on your arms and a little on your back and midsection as it nears the end.  The key with resistance bands is balance.  They are wonderful additions to the routine and add in just enough extra pull that you'll know they are working.  With the resistance bands however, one of the keys is making sure that your form is on point.  It's easy to let your arms go off in any direction, but stability and control are key parts of making sure you get all you can out of this weeks work out.  You'll want to go through this work out a few times too, they are quick and to the point on video, but the work you put in...you get out.

Make sure you consult a Dr. before you being this or any other workout program.  Drink plenty of water.  Remember to warm up, stretch out and let's get to it!!  It's episode 266 of Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

3 more times through!! You're in this for yourself and it's all yours to gain.  Becky's been asked for a little lower impact workout and she's delivered.  The resistance bands are a great way to tighten and tone, but if you don't have them, this workout can be done without them too.  It's a matter of doing it is all, and if you've made it this far....chances are, you have!  Congrats!
