Stop right there.  There is no turning back.  You are up and at 'em as you should be and you might have an inkling to pretend you didn't open this weeks episode of Fit and Healthy with Becky, but you did and here's the need nothing additional for this weeks workout other than what the Good Lord gave ya!  Get up and let's get to it! 

You can add a mat and a small step if you like, but the reality is that Becky has a great workout for you this week focusing mainly on your legs and core and it will also help in your balance and stamina.  As a Certified Personal Trainer Becky's goal is to bring you opportunities to stay fit and healthy where it's best for you.  Sometimes she brings along some additional elements to add to the effort, sometimes, it's just you.

We're at the temporary home of the Neal Fitness Center to film and you are asked to always remember to warm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water.  Make sure too to consult a Dr. before you begin this or any other workout program.  It's episode 267 of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.
