It's the day everyone dreads.  Well, except YOU of course because you are up and at 'em and ready to go for LEG DAY on Fit and Healthy With Becky, brought to you by Trinity Health on the Muskegon Channel.

It's another week where not much is required on your end.  Just the desire and drive to better yourself.  Becky is going to focus on your inner legs and thighs, then on to your lower back and some ab work to help keep your lower unit toned up and ready to hit the beach when the musings of Mother Nature get in the right direction.  It sure seems like a long time coming, but to be at the beach and looking good with an all around balanced approach to your overall health is what it's all about.
