Becky is up and ready to get your Monday moving.  It's a "big bouncy ball" but the technical term is a stability ball and she's putting it to use this week to help you with a lower impact workout once again from the temporary home of the Neal Fitness Center.  It's brought to you by Trinity Health.

If you don't have a stability ball to use, that's ok. These repetitions focus mainly on your arms, legs and core and while the ball is a very handy piece to have to add to your work out, you can do them without.  It's a lower impact workout once again and by request, these last few weeks have been a little lower key.  We work to find a way that anyone can participate in the Fit and Healthy program be they beginner, intermediate or advanced. The most important part is that you're here, you're participating and you're working toward a better version of you!

Remember, it's important to check with your Dr, before you begin this or any workout program.  You need to worm up, stretch out and drink plenty of water too!  It's all part of a Fit and Healthy lifestyle!
