A mat.  Nothing more.  Well, except drive, determination, dedication and the willingness to continue...or, begin....in the betterment of yourself with a little help from Certified Personal Trainer Becky Biesiada and Trinity Health! 

 

It's your core, arms and legs we're going after this week.  You don't need any additional weight or resistance, however, Becky is going to find some ways to up the game as she pulls you along.  We show you one example of how the workings work, and from there, it's up to you to repeat them 3 or 4 times through to maximize the workout she's setting you up on with the example.  Today's going to get your core, your arms and legs.  With all that comes cardio and stamina.  Could we possibly pack more into a complimentary work out?  I don't think so.

We're here every Monday and with the help of Trinity Health, we'll keep 'em coming.  We'll also let you know that Fit and Healthy With Becky is also available for the Muskegon Channel on your Roku or Amazon Fire TV device.  It's a great way to see all of our video programming on the big screen and make the workout that much more enjoyable.
