As the sun is sure to rise, so is the idea that Becky is going to show up on Monday with some sort of torture device....oops....exercise equipment for another episode of Fit and Healthy With Becky brought to you by Trinity Health.


A resistance band is a simple tool that can be made to work in a multitude of ways.  Depending on the strength of the material used in the band and the position you hold it in, it's a multifaceted extremely affordable way to add to your routine and get more for less!  It's arm week.  We'll be working on the upper end of you to strengthen and tone and in that you'll find some cardio as well as great tips on technique which will enhance all that you do.

The recommendation is 3-4 times through the routine and to maybe do it twice a day at that frequency.  It's essential that you warm up, stretch out and make sure you're drinking plenty of water.  It's a good idea too to check with your Dr. to see if you are able to do this, or any other work out!
