Movement and repetition are the keys here. Working out the entire body is what it's all about to provide strength, tone and cardio. This week especially, you can see that there's not always a need for specialized equipment or expensive memberships. You can't really hurt anything by adding them, but you have all you need to stay "Fit and Healthy". The important part, what you'll have to dig for is that commitment to yourself and the self care it takes to improve. Dedication to what you want to attain through the times you'd rather be happily on the couch or with your feet up in the chair.
