The purpose of keeping things as simple as we can? Sure! Easy! We want to make an exercise program as accessible to as many as we can. There are some who've been going right along with all 275 episodes we've had and for others, who are just joining us today. A balanced approach and inviting way to help anyone is the goal. If you are more advanced, pick up the pace or add repetitions. If you are just starting out, do the best ya can and remember that this is self improvement and that it's a gift to yourself. What you put out, you'll get right back with more and no one can take it away from you.
